Wii almost on top!

Wow it seems that recently some game system sales trackers already say that Wii is now ahead of the 360 despite its year advantage.... this is pretty sweet for Nintendo :lol: , just ok for 360 :|, and sucks for sony



:'( who is pretty far behind.... losing money with each system they sell... and with less system sales comes less games sales...

Yah, they say the Wii will break records and sell more than the PS2, etc. Also, I told someone, who I believe is an XBox fanboy, about this and they said: "yah it's all of the Asians" (referring to sales in Japan). I mean I don't know if that's racist or not, but either way that's a pretty pathetic thing to say. (And I'm wondering how a Japanese person buying a console is any different than somebody else... of course I know the only reason he said that was because he was upset, I'm sure any person with common sense wouldn't be like that).

Well..... America is still a bigger market than Japan..... Not that japan is insignificant but it definitely isn't the only place it is selling well. It is still hard to find a Wii.

its not nescessarily saying bad things about Asians, more that 360'S dont have the marketing in asia. The Wii is VERY popular, and It came out in Asia first i belive. So while the 360 came Earlier, so did the Wii for Asia. Asians would perfer Wiis as their first console since everyone has one.

I've gone to 10 different Walmarts and they were fully stocked with Wiis.
