Wii Speak

I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I need help! I just got my Wii Speak and the stupid blue light won't come on! I read the manual I checked the Nintendo web site but I couldn't find any thing! Do I need the Wii Speak channel on my Wii set up? Help!

It is only on when you are using Wifi.

Both, it only works when your on wifi meaning either if someone is in your town while your gates are open or if you visiting a friend's town.

Both, it only works when your on wifi meaning either if someone is in your town while your gates are open or if you visiting a friend's town.
