Will I get a glitch?

So I had Marshal visit my campsite today and I had 10 villagers so he forced out Maple which I was fine with. Im afraid that I might get the new glitch that is happening to some people, is this possible?

the glitch happened if someone else adopts the villager that was forced out but its been fixed now so there isn't a glitch anymore

I heard there’s a NEW, different moving glitch now though, and I think that’s what the original thread creator was talking about. Last I heard, this new glitch hasn’t been patched, although the balloon glitch was which is good.

either way i just had axel move in yesterday while kicking out another villager and my game was fine

most of the time, moving character glitches happen with Amiibo, so your case should be fine
