Will it autofill?

So, I'm currently on Dec 20th to try and harvest more winter recipes, and a villager has told me they want to move out.

I've accepted them to move out, and was going to TT back to regular time later on. If I do that though, will the villager be in boxes when I get back to regular time, will they have moved out, or will I have an autofill?
