Wisp & the Magic Lamp

OK.. soo.. I was time traveling.. and it was a monday night I was on.. I went to the SE corner of my town like it said. After all the all shops closed too. But never got anything... ehh.

When I got done with my whole spree and had it on a normal date I found an empty lamp on the 'island' in my town.. I still have it, but I haven't met Wisp yet, am I supposed to have the lamp before I meet him? I took it too my attic nothing happens. I saw youtube videos of this..

SO on the next monday night at say, 11, when all the shops are closed should I go to the SE corner again? I am very confused...

Your supposed to have the empty lamp first then you go and find wisp. I don't remember if it's NE or SE of your town...

same exact thing happend to me. so i went to look for wisp iand i think i remember reading something about seeing him 12:00am on monday so i went to look for but nothing :'(
i guess i have to try every day now...and when you look for him, do you have to have the lamp or can you go get it

You find wisp on the same day you find him, usually in the south of your town, but he might be anywhere, 8pm onwards.

When you first pick it up, it is called the empty lamp. You have to fill it up, with a ghost called Wisp. Then you can summon him from your attic. If a lamp has a Wisp in, it is called a Magic Lamp.
