So, I'm trying to lose weight. About 40 lbs to be exact. Got myself a gym membership, threw out all of the cookies/candy/pizza, basically, the stuff I don't want to be tempted by. My plan is to work out an hour each day at the gym, and regulate my diet. Carbs/Fats in the morning, half carbs/half protein in the afternoon, and all protein in the evening. It'll be kind of hard considering I'm allergic to red meat, but I'm gonna make this work. I'll try to blog away stuff, mainly to keep up with my progress. Tune in if you care or whatever.

Allergic to red meat? Wow. I'd try fish and water for a week along with exercise. Portions should never be bigger than your fist and you should eat 3-5 times a day, small meals, no vegetables. The weight will come right off. The trick is no sugar and water all day long. At least 8 bottles.

Why no veggies. And I'm eating chicken, too. Also, they're not small workouts. They're the kind you come home and collapse from. :p

It's a way to wipe the system. Protien and fat, and then the water flushes everything. From that point on just green veggies in small portions. No carbs etc. If you're doing heavy exercises though a better plan might be in your immediate future. Just watch the carbs and you'll be good :P
