I'm fine with loading multiple RVs, but just be aware that I need time in-between each, basically just to make sure my town doesn't fall apart.
The items cost 5 coupons each, and the game allows you to order 3 items per day. If you'd like to order more than 3, you'll need to TT a day in your town before visiting again.
