Worst year of your life?

2013.

I almost fell out of a fun fair ride known as "the hulk".

I fell down my stairs because of a bin bag and almost fell face first on cement tile, luckily I landed on it.

I threw up in my sleep and could have choked to death if I was laying on my back.

I lost my two adorable rabbits Dusty and Tabby. (Tabby passed on in January but I'm counting it as 2013)

My grandparents divorced.


It was a scary and depressing year for me, would anybody like to share?

Mine was 2006. I was 16.

My older sister told us that our Father had sexually abused and raped her for a year and a half when she was my age.

My Father was arrested and went to jail. (<--Good! >:C)

My Mother became increasingly depressed and cut her wrists to try and kill herself.

I had to get a job to help pay the bills while going to school full time.

My Mother became depressed again, drove up to the Blue Ridge Parkway and jumped off a bridge. She lived but no one was sure how. Got to visit her in the psych ward so she could see me before I went to prom with my boyfriend.

I went to live with my older Sister and her Boyfriend since my Mother was deemed unfit, Father was in jail, and Brother was an alcoholic.

At the end of the year my Father was sentenced to 15 years. (Yay for justice! ^-^)

And after that my life got much muuuuccchhh better because my sister is amazing and her then boyfriend now husband has a wonderful family who took me in! ^-^

I will say though. My sister and I have turned out great! We both put ourselves through school, and have wonderful careers and fulfilling lives. It was exhausting and a lot of hard years to get here, but I am happy with my life! ^-^ <3

2014

Starting August 2014 everything started going wrong

My parents we're always fighting

In school people would bully me

All the good festivities (Christmas, Day of the Dead) we're with fights and very silent

Even early 2015 came ****ty too (Mall Drama , Thanks Mom ). Luckily 2015 was the best one of years

Not to forget i was cringy af since 2014 started because i used to call myself a Nintendo fan (even through i just played Mario games back then) and even said i was gonna work at Nintendo at Japan (HA!...Letx be honest here, will never happen)

2014 is the year everytime i look at i quickly get back to 2015 and 2016 (which are being good years).

2010-2011 hands down. I don't even want to talk about it. Luckily I managed to recover, if I didn't I probably wouldn't of been around to see 2012.

Probably Mid 2012-Mid 2013. I started at a new school and really didn't like it, I felt icky and lonely and just hated being there. I thought that going there had been the wrong decision and I had messed up my entire life. I also developed an eating disorder.

Long story short my lung collapsed and then several doctors ended up making it worse than it should have been so I ended up needing surgery

oh that sucks, I have seen a lot of stories where doctors make something worse. Are you better now though with that?..

My worst year is 2008.

I basically wasted more than half the year on TV.com, in which I had a bad experience. Basically, I almost had no real fun. There were also other problems, but I wouldn't go into it.

2014.

That year actually started out good, but things started going downhill in April and came crashing down the following month. In April, while I was on a trip with the band at the middle school I went to then (I was in 8th grade at the time) to Atlanta, this guy who was my friend pushed me away from his other friends, and our friendship soon ended afterward.
Things came crashing down the following month when I was rejected by a girl I really liked and then my grandpa passed away. In June, actually, I went on a summer camp with my church out to rural Tennessee and everyone noticed that I was sad and gave me weird looks. Although I never told anyone what was wrong because I knew few people there well, it really only made me feel worse.
Freshman year then started in August and my grades were so poor that school year in 2014 and 2015 that I'm trying to forget it.
2012 was second worst. In February that year my mom got fired from her job, by that point (6th grade year) I had a very poor reputation in school to the point where everyone hated me, and then eventually once the 2011-2012 school year ended for the summer my mom went through what basically was a panic attack. My dad's company then announced in June that year that it was shutting down, ending a job he had since 1995, and it finally shut down for good in October, at the same time which my grades were going down and he started treating me awfully because of it.
Really, though, my last good year was 2009.
