Artwork Would anybody be willing to make a flag design for me?

I am terrible at making designs and i would really like my town flag to be an image i found on the web. I tried looking for one of those image to qr code apps/sites but none of them seem work for me.
Please, please, please?????

If the QR code apps can't do it, then I doubt a person could. This has a lot of detail ;( Good luck!

i can't find an app that is available in the us. the one all the sites recomend is a uk app and i can't download it. all the other apps in the app store seem to be for non image qr codes
