Would anyone be interested in sprucing up a banner?

Hi, all. I did my best in MS Paint with the utilities I had, and I created a new banner for my gaming blog, SuperPhillip Central. I was wondering if anyone with a better program could spruce it up a bit. Maybe make one normal one, and then that same one spruced up for spring.

Is this asking too much? I don't really know, but I'll be very grateful for your help.
