I am asking because, as some of you already know, I am currently in grade 9 and just recently got my 3rd book published. My 3rd book, if anybody cares, is a poetry book. My first 2 are children's fiction. Basically, I am an author in need of a little extra $$$ to get my books more known. Any of you with iphones, look up "Dog for a Month" and "Striking the Soul" on ibookstore. Those are my first two books. The third one will be there eventually.

Depending on the response from the community, I may offer my services. I can proofread, French to English or English to French translation, simple non-fiction, ghostwriting or just write a story or poem :) I can also write songs. (However, I can't sing lol)

I can do blog posts, magazine articles, I could go on for what seems like forever. :D

just curious since im also in grade 9 and write and would sell writing, how much do you make monthly from your books

aren't they self published? Because as Mariah said, anyone can get a book published if they pay, regardless of skill :/

Congrats on your books. If I were paying RLC I think I'd prefer to see some samples. Although, to answer your question I don't think I would pay regardless as I have no interest in that type of service.

It's true they are self-published, however, I am working on getting them into bookstores. Also, no there is very specific qualities for your book to get on ibooks. Anyways, I was just wondering. Also both of the books are in the largest library in my city. Again, there is quality control for that.

i would pay rlc after looking at writing samples. im much more lenient with TBT, and my quality requirements for cash would be higher.
