Wrongly Banned

Hi, I was banned a week ago for having "alt accounts".

There has been a misunderstanding because the other account that was banned was my boyfriends account.

No warning was given.

We share the same computer and we send bells back and forth if one of us needs something, so I can see how this could have been assumed.

He has tried to contact the web admin multiple times and has had no reply and we have had no way to get on TBT because it said if we made another account that my accounts suspension time will be increased.

Please fix this wrongly accused ban on my boyfriends account as he has spent much time on TBT and really likes it here.

His account has been perma-banned

I would try to contact people one at a time. For example, if you already tried Jeremy, the site owner, then try Justin. Give him a few days, then if there is no reponse, try the next person on the list and so on. Eventually one of them will respond, and at the very least you will get an explanation for the ban. Good luck!

Eh, it happened to my girlfriend's account too. I guess it was my fault though. I guess just contact Justin or Jeremy about it so you can clarify everything.

They don't, I share the same IP address with someone else on the forums. It's pretty much hit or miss when it comes to IP addresses since it's hard to tell if the "clone account" is real or not.

yea I share the same IP address with someone else too at first I was like 'wtf' but then I was like 'o'.

I'd assume in most cases the staff would be able to tell if it an alt account by looking at both accounts activities anyway
