It's 2:40am but I thought I'd post here before I collapse from getting no sleep last night
So... hi. I'm Ashley, mayor of Diaetra, which is a word I made up when I couldn't think of a town name. I think I might use it for a lot more things now.
I'm twenty four and sometimes I feel a little old for this game. My husband teases me for playing and I can't for the life of me make this game sound appealing or explain a valid reason why it's addicting. Why is that? "Oh, you pay off your debt and then go into more debt while animals boss you around with silly requests. Like, c'mon pig, get you a fruit? Your head is literally touching a fruit right now. ...It's so fun!" Yeah, okay.
I really love it though; I'm trapped. Right now I'm not working (though I have an interview this week ugh) so I do nothing but play this game all day. It drives people crazy.
In terms of Animal Crossing, I have this need to collect everything, including furniture that I loathe. I just want my catalog stuffed to the brim. This applies to villagers too. I want every picture, even if I hate them. It's hard letting them go to find the ones I truly want, but I'm getting used to it.
I had a lot of trouble picking out dreamies that cover every personality type (and exclude ones whose pics I already have) but I think I finally got it today. After I get all pwps I might swap a couple out for my true dreamies. * u*
Off-game-topic, I really like to write fiction novels, which I then publish on Amazon [am I allowed to link to my author page here?] and dream of becoming well-known. I also enjoy struggling to draw something that remotely resembles what the actual goal is. /wordy
I'm really awkward and I tend to ramble so, that's it! Back to mostly-lurking mode. And bed.
