What's the one thing of any Animal Crossing game that really drives you mad and is the first thing you'd change if you could.

Mine is the fact City Folk was on the Wii. If it had been on The DS, it'd probably be my most played AC. Sadly, my dad hogged the TV, so I barely ever got to play on the Wii. Also, using the Wii remote was a massive pain when playing AC.

city folk being a wii game was a problem for me, too - i would’ve loved to play it but i hated how it was on the wii. i refuse to play a game unless it’s available on a handheld console lol

I'll just list my biggest gripes about each game since there's already a pros/cons thread.

AC: There was practically no storage space.
ACWW: Flawed internet connection! It always disconnected.
ACNL: Big toss up here for multiple things. I can't tell which one is worse - the villager dialogue, the soundtrack, villagers wanting to move in and out all the time, or Nintendo's greediness. All pretty big things.

I can't really comment about ACNH yet but I'm sure it will be about having to pay for internet connection on top of already paying for internet at home just to play online.

Across all titles the lack of a way to get a specific villager out of your town. If you have 10 villagers villager number 8 can suggest to move out several times before number 7 asks for example. I was hoping NH would have a way to encourage a specific one to leave, but yet again it is all RNG.

At least they won't randomly leave without your permission that is a huge improvement.

My biggest gripe would have to be the villager's vague personalities/dialogue. Everything else is simple for a reason, and I enjoy it, but the villagers? Eh, no thanks. I'd like them to be complex with more to say.

the soundtrack

I agree with the soundtrack. At night the music was really depressing for me.
Don't get me wrong, the songs are pretty. But when I play Animal Crossing, I don't want to think about sad things. That's why I really love the music in New Horizons, it's so jazzy and fun, reminds me of the Gamecube ver.
