Zack and Wiki: Quest for Barbaro's Treasure Discussion Thread

Here is the best place to discuss Zack and Wiki: Quest For Barbaro's
Treasure
for the Nintendo Wii. In my opinion, this is the best game for Wii, and everyone should own it!

What I have found and achieved

So far, I have found a Ghosts n' Goblins and a Megaman pixel treasure, along with 12 others.

:D Others include Bionic Commando, Son Son, and Mobi Chan. These are very well hidden, and i encourage whoever has this game to search for them (look for sparkles and turn every jar)!!! I am also on world four.

So, if you have found any awesome treasure, or just want to discuss this game, start here!

:)

What is the point of the game? I never really understood... are you searching for treasure?

The point of the game is to search for the 16 pieces of Barbaro. It is a point and click adventure (like King's Story), and the is a lot of treasure to colllect. Multiple reviewing sites have given in at 8.5+.

:)

Point and click... so there's like no action? And you just point at what you want to do, like the door to open or the thing to pick up?

What do you mean, no action? It's an adventure game. Have you played the old point and click games on PC?

Anyway, Zack and Wiki is one of the best games I have ever played. 9.6 is the rating I gave it.

Yeah... I remember one with a fish and iono what else... and it was fun... when I was 5 or 6. >.> How is this fun for a teenager?

I'll have to give the game a go sometime, seeing as how I haven't heard one thing that bad about it... I haven't rented a game in ages though, so this probably means that I'll buy it eventually... or ask for it as a gift in a couple months.

;)

*I'm off to watch a gameplay video of the game.

OMG, you should. This game is NOT for children, by the way. No child will ever be able to solve these puzzles. BTW, the gameplay videos are ZERO indicator of how the game will play. At least from my experience.

This is probably one of the only games my mom would get for me. It encourages to use...your brain! *gasp*

My mom went out to the store herself after seeing the premise and videos, but I still gave her the cash, hahaha. >_>

The game is awesome. The puzzles are innovative and easy to start. I just defeated the first two worlds. Glad I rented this.
