    When a villager is moving out, somebody has to visit your village and talk to them. Depending on whether the person has enough room or not, the villager moving will request that they move over to your town :)

    Hi, I don't have that much carnations anymore. If you want to pay for them I could sell you a maximum of 12 red carnations for 100 000 each, and I really don't have a lot of pink carnations so I would prefer not selling them, but if you really need one I can sell you one for one million bells I guess.
