I'd like this thread to be a place to share riddles, word puzzles, puns, and jokes just for fun. Homemade or common, clever or cringe, toss them all here!

I think riddles are fun, so.. the world's oldest riddle we have found dates to over 5000 years ago located in Sumer (Iraq) and was written in Cuneiform. It goes:

There is a house. One enters blind and comes out seeing.

A variant of the first riddle I actually figured out by myself:
You have to go into one of 3 doors. One has a fire, one has a thousand-foot drop, and the other has a lion that hasn't eaten in 3 years. Which door do you pick?

The one with the lions because they’re dead.

Another interesting one I didn’t get:
You’re in a house and all walls are facing South. A bear walks past the house. What color is the bear?

White. You’re at the North Pole.
