Millions of tiny pods, only the size of a pea, fell from the sky one Sunday afternoon. People just thought of them as hail, but those who touched them changed. In the mind, in the body. They first started having strange lapses in their memory, then completely lost control, and turned into mad monsters hungering for human flesh. The few humans left uncontaminated were moved to an underground bunker. The only way that humankind would survive, was if an atomic bomb was detonated to destroy all the lifeforms on earth.
The twenty remaining humans waited after the bomb was detonated, waited for life to flourish again on earth.
And when only some people were left, the bunker opened. And this is where you are.
