they're both regular pokemon so they are both 25 bells each but bc im not sure if german ditto is hacked, i'll bring that one down to 15tbt.
i actually have no idea how to check if its hacked, im sorry >< best thing i can look at is if it's caught in a sensible spot with a reasonable pokeball with the right moveset, etc.....
i can confirm that chinese ditto is legit though since it came from an acquaintance.
