i know im just a big bundle of problems lmao but i found a term for this problem ive been havin for awhile "pleurisy" basically i get this sharp pain in my left chest area and most of the time it does that then it hurts really bad to breathe in but it'll only last for about a minute or so. rare times that feeling will last all day long, besides it doesnt hurt as bad to breathe in, still hurts though. today was one of thoes days :/ currently suffering as i type this it hurts so bad

We have a certain number of free visits to our school counselors so i made an appointment for this upcoming Tuesday, it's free so i though eh why not even know deep down i don't really believe they'll do anything to help me.
my German proff & the lady who helped me get my class accommodations (for my anxiety) recommend i do it. and they don't even know the true extent to what i've been going through just that i happen to have some social anxiety lol
