hey! here's my Alfredo recipe, send me yours (✿◠‿◠)
16 oz of dry pasta
2/3 cups of butter
1.5 cups heavy cream (or half and half)
1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
melt butter on low and sauté garlic for a few minutes. add cream and milk till warm then mix in cheese till melted. add salt and pepper to taste
when cooking the pasta, stop boiling about 2 minutes early, drain, add the sauce to the pasta & turn the stove on low & stir for about 2 minutes - the sauce will thicken up
add milk to thin out sauce if needed
garnish with chopped parsley
