Do you think it would work if I got Julian to move out, got Whitney to move in. Then after Whitney moves in could I use Julian's amiibo card to get him back? (And use Julian to kick out that random villager)

So basically I asked my sister how to get Cookie out (So I could get Whitney) and she decides to replace her with an amiibo card villager.
And I want to get them out quick
