I have three I need to get rid of. I need papi, stitches, and Bri out. Bri was a voided villager that came into my town X.X I hate the mouse villagers! I thought I liked Stitches, I grew very tired of him though. Also, I need papi out for a jock villager, haha.

A powersave device is something you can buy at your local store. It just lets you save your data onto the machine and move it elsewhere. Also, it lets you give yourself items from specific games that are compatible with it. I can give you a list of the hacked villagers she has if you're worried about that. :3
