    Ah, Biloxi. I visited there and Gulfport for the first time back in 2007, which was less than two years after Katrina. The destruction was obviously still pretty bad, but New Orleans was even worse. My uncle, who was living in New Orleans at the time, had a terrible time getting out of the city to go be with my grandma in Jackson as everyone was literally leaving. I'm just glad Gulfport and Biloxi didn't have any levees break like New Orleans did...
