What happened was before the update I screwed him over and he accidentally moved.
The only theory that I have is the 16 villager cycle might only be erased only if you have the amibbo cards and you scan it with wisp. If you dont the 16 villager cycle may be still there. Or might be because my game screwed over a villager file when I updated, I have no idea tho.
