I think Kennedy is leaving.I don't see dems ever controlling the court for a long time unless they add more justices.Hey if Trump is able to replace the 2 oldest liberals on the court and Kennedy that would be 7 people on the GOP side and 2 liberal's. Maybe dems can add more justices to the SCOTUS to counteract it when dems control congress.Well it means only 1 thing GOP will put very far right wing justices to replace any liberal justice leaving or dieing kinda scarey imo.
