I don't really care in this case because I could see the person was from Tokyo and the Ditto's name was in Japanese. Yeah, I checked the Togepi's IVs just a second ago cause I was curious. I will give you a little tip in a second XD

GTS is so messed up, but I got a foreign Ditto for my Yveltal(didn't mind since I am playing Y with an all eeveelution team right now XD
