Unfortunately not everything is fair and there is no way we can make it fair. If we had collectibles up and they never went out of stock we wouldn't have much of a use for TBT currency. The collectibles give value to TBT bells and some people having them and others not creates the ability for trade, buying, and selling. Generally, when there are Official Restocks we have them throughout the day because we take into consideration time zone differences. When there is an announcement we will do our best to make sure everyone has a chance.
