Helping a friend gives you a weapon (not sure if it's one they own or just a random one, but they're usually pretty good.)
Having a friend help you gives you 50,000 rupees as well as a REALLY helpful EXP boost the next level you play. I think it's like 2.5 times more?
The missions you do to help people is dependent on their level, and since mine is over 200, I think I'll only be able to help you for a while.
What's your NNID? You can get friend bonuses in Hyrule Warriors if you help out a friend or the help you. It makes more sense when you actually get one. -
