    Oooh, cool! because Lolipup and I were talking and she said that Charles's announcement would be to mock the killers and why they haven't killed yet; to express his disappointment while comparing them to Jasper.

    And by the way, Charles is about to praise Jasper a whole ton and show off how "trustworthy" Jasper is and how Jasper will never betray him. Would that make Komaeda want to manipulate Jasper?
