  • That's fine. I'm still busy organizing some stuff so I might be a while as well. I'll see if I can find the checkout counter real quick though.
I don't ask why people want the lost items anyway. I know some people want to have them, so I collected them for a while in my cycling town.
Those two are still available, if you want to pick them up.
The general "too much stuff in my closet pls take it" giveaway. I think I'm going to up the item limit from 10 to 15 so things move a bit faster and I get rid of these things quicker.
    Here's the thread: http://www.belltreeforums.com/showthread.php?177894
I'm currently updating the list of stuff I have available. Even has a Card set and Sloppy Stereo.
    Oh god...

I'm not sure if I have enough money for the Zodiac Set... would I be able to get the tweeter and cyan bunny for like 300~500k and drop Zodiac?
Uh, not right now. No offense. You can feel free to link some stuff, but I won't be watching them right away.

Hmm. I think I'll set up the same. At the moment there's no limit, so I have stuff laying around my town for these people. I think I'll make their orders the last ones without a deadline.
That's still pretty impressive. I know my way around some video editing programs, so I can only imagine the amount of work put into the PMV.
The show has a really cute look to it. I'd probably watch it, but I don't due to the fandom around it. That already kills it for me, lol.

Question about something else: How many days do you give people to pick up their orders? I dislike cancelling orders over time constraints, but I dislike it even more when I'm sitting with clutter because I'm waiting for them. Just wondering what kind of time limit I should add to my giveaway.
First one has really impressive animation. I don't really get what it's all about (for obvious reasons), and sound mixing is off in a few places so it's harder to hear the voices. Still pretty enjoyable.
That PMV is pretty great. Not sure how much is from the show, still a good video though. And I love Madeon, so that added to it as well.
Third one is pretty cute, lol. Bit old school as well, with the blinking sound effect.
Hi I've been out and about all day until now. But I'm too exhausted to play anymore so can we do it tomorrow, like around afternoon?
Don't. You'll either hate it or get addicted. The people around me that tried to watch them either don't understand or are obsessed with it. It's kinda scary.

I'll watch these tomorrow and give you my thoughts on them. It's 4AM here in a few minutes and I'm really tired. Feel free to send me a message if I forget.
Story-wise. Some of them are really bland and it's obvious they weren't written for such a long run (~50 episodes). There's a lot of filler and it kinda becomes a chore to watch those shows.

Not that I know of. Most of them just think it's funny to shock people. It's at the point where I think everything they link is gonna be that, even if it isn't.
I think the mov series was funny to me because it reminded me a lot of Ren & Stimpy. Nostalgia struck me hard.

    Anything you would recommend, though?
Haha, it does I guess. I got into these shows when I was 16 or 17. Haven't missed one since, even though some of them are REALLY disappointing.

Uh, to be honest... yes. My friends occasionally subject me to 18+ pictures (send help), but I willingly watched hotdiggedydemon's homage/parody series. I thought that was pretty funny.
It's a show from this year, so that makes sense. It's a bit like Power Rangers, I guess? It does deal with some more serious stuff than PR ever did, though. It's also written by the guy that wrote Madoka, so a bunch of people started watching it for his writing.

Merchandising can be pretty cheap though, especially when there's such a huge fanbase as with MLP. They're just exploiting it for all it's worth while it lasts. Best to just distance yourself from it until things become cheaper.
I suppose? I'm fairly open about it like you, but it's not something I'll just up and start a conversation about randomly.
Here's an example of what I watch if you want to see, lol... Works best in Chrome.

Wow, that is ****ish. What are people trying to do about it? Because even if it's Hasbro's material that the fans used, I think some compensation for their work would be good. Especially if they're going to use it to make money.
Eh, I dunno. I already feel bad enough watching my own kiddy stuff, I think MLP would be a tad too much. And I still remember the old cartoon...
    What did Hasbro do?
Ah, I see. I never really understood the whole hype behind MLP. A lot of bronies are rude as hell too, which just adds to my annoyance about them. Not sure how old you are (or that it matters), but you're not flaunting it like others are, so that's cool.

Honestly I also still watch some kids' stuff, but I've never felt the need to join a community for it. Same problem as with the bronies, lots of rude people there that I don't want to deal with.
