When I was threatened with a void move-in, I just kept my town on the same day. I also paid for a villager, simply because I wanted to continue my game. Not sure if you're willing to do that, though.
I can imagine. I don't envy you, but I admire that you're able to keep up with it. I'd have given up already.
Ah, it's fine. Portia is the villager that needs to move out to make space for him, but she hasn't pinged yet. I'm enjoying her last few days in my town, so I'm not going to worry about getting Snake until she says she's going to move out. I've had fun with her, so I don't want to rush her out.
I'm heading to bed now. It's already 3AM here. Talk to you again soon. Good night.
If enough people want the items, it will be. I think the most stressing thing would be moving items from my cycling town to my main town, since most of the items are kept in cycling.
I'm way past the 16 cycle for Flora at this point, so it's possible for her to show up again. I just don't know if it'll be soon. Are there any other dreamies you're still looking for?
Only dreamie I have left is Snake, but I don't have any space for him at the moment.
I guess I could. I have a small stock of the hats, and some clovers as well. Maybe I'll set it up tomorrow, we'll see.
Flora got voided in my cycling town a while ago. If she shows up again I'll let you know.
While she's not one of my dreamies, I like her a lot. I saw her in one of my friends' towns a few months ago. If I hadn't met Ruby afterwards I would've probably picked Flora as a Peppy.
It's an idea that arose from the Lucky Clovers thread. I'd simply be selling Tingle hoods, celebration hats and lucky clovers for cheap. I regularly harvest clovers in my cycling town (also helps with the weeding badge), and the hats are reorderable so it'd be doable. I could also give away random stuff like gyroids, lost items, and random other stuff I have lying around.
If I visit your town I'll visit from my main town. Or I'll clear out my cycling town's void cache by visiting my main town first. I almost had a void move-in myself. Solved it by keeping my main town in limbo for a day (simply TTing back in the same day) and finding one of my dreamies here.
I just checked your thread, and you don't have a max number of orders. That'd kill me... I doubt many people would have interest in the shop I have in mind, but I'd still limit it to like 5 orders max, simply so I'd stay sane.
I'm not sure. I wouldn't say my cycling thread is doing much worse or much better than others. It's just a bad night, maybe I'm just bothered by the fact that I have to keep throwing out villagers. I'm seeing a lot of villagers now, and I just keep wondering why they're not more popular. Some of them have really cool designs and I feel kinda bad just voiding them.
I want to set up a small shop to sell some bits and pieces, but I'm reluctant. Seeing successful shops make it worse, because I can only imagine the stress that comes with keeping up with orders, not to mention having to organize everything all the time.
It's kinda weird that this bothers me in the first place, though. I'd just like people to get the villagers they want, make everyone happy that way. So if nobody's asking, why does it bother me? It's their problem, lol. I don't really get it, but I see I'm not the only one suffering from this.
It's a pretty crappy spread, I'll admit, but here they are:
Being held: Diva (for Dinomates)
On auto-void: Eloise, Kitt, Limberg, Lucy, Winnie
Adoptable: Jacques (currently in boxes), Ribbot, Tangy
I've had a lot of move-ins that were immediately put on auto-void, since they're tier 4 or 5. Maybe that's the reason why.
I'm seeing some other threads doing better than mine, but there's very little interest. Nobody coming in to say they're interested in adopting a villager. At this point I believe that if I'd say "Merengue now free to adopt", I'd still not get any responses.
