  • Definitely. You made me feel a lot better, too, so just wanted to say thanks for that. I hope you have a nice day.
That's great! I'm glad. I'm feeling better, too, thanks for asking. I was able to get out of the house for a while so that helped me a lot.
hEYOOOOOO i just wanted to drop by to say youre pretty rad
i really like seeing your posts, you make me smile.
oh yeah, I remember you posted about your surgery. :( I'm sorry, I really hope you feel better soon. whenever I'm in a lot of pain I usually have something to make it feel better so I'm pretty lucky for that, but I wish I knew more what it was like so I could offer better advice. feel better!
I'm okay. I don't wanna be a downer but I'm still not feeling very well tbch. just thought I'd check in cause I was playing in a game of mafia, thanks so much for asking. :) how are you doing?
the same goes for me so I get what you're saying. anyway I feel really terrible so I'm gonna lay down a bit, just wanted to let you know so you don't think I'm ignoring you or anything. if I don't come back tonight, have a nice night!
is it gore you don't like? I've never seen The Ring but I know Saw is reeeallly gory, or so I've heard
really? I would've thought someone who likes Stephen King and Hitchcock wouldn't mind horror, haha. you probably wouldn't like it then. I mean it's not that scary, no jumpscares or anything, the storyline is just really twisted.
oh okay, I didn't know the games followed a storyline so I'll wanna start from the beginning. Corpse Party is a horror game about a group of students who perform a sort of ritual and get stuck in a school that was thought to have been destroyed a long time ago. It's twisted but the story is really good and you get some control over what happens in the end. I'd recommend it if you're into creepy games, but you could really just watch a let's play of it on youtube to get a good feel for it, if you don't wanna play the game.
so Phoenix Wright follows a story then? if it does I'll definitely play it from the beginning. that Robo game sounds like something I'd be into. text-based games are great but my favorites are usually just story-heavy ones, where there's still a good amount of gameplay, kinda like Corpse Party if you've heard of it.
I'm the same way. haven't played it but I've demoed Ace Attorney and I liked what I got out of it. I adore text-based games. :) have you played them? I'll probably get something in that series next time I have money for a game but I'm not sure which to go for.
I like albw better so far. I know oot is supposed to be like the best Zelda game for most people but I'm not that into it yet. I really like it but I like albw more.
I definitely recommend Wind Waker, it's my favorite! Honestly as much as I love Zelda I can rarely finish the games, WW is the only one I've beat so far but I've played most of them. Right now I'm playing Ocarina of Time 3D and A Link Between Worlds but I haven't gotten very far on either one yet.
Thanks. :) it's my favorite scene too haha. I love your avatar, too, the Zelda series is one of my favorites!
I think I would too. The black and white to color thing is interesting to me. And I'll check out Airplane, it sounds pretty good but yeah, never heard of it!
I haven't seen Dial M for Murder, I think the only movies I've seen by Hitchcock are Psycho and Birds, other than that I've seen a lot of his hour long shows on tv. I'm also really into The Twilight Zone, kinda reminds me of Hitchcock. Pleasantville looks great. I haven't seen it yet but I definitely plan to. I don't think I've ever heard of Airplane though, what's that one about?
Yeah! It surprised me when I heard that cause I had it in my head that he was pretty critical of the movies based on his books, after he bashed The Shining movie. I also love The Perks of Being a Wallflower movie, Forrest Gump, The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Donnie Darko and Psycho, to name a few. I tend to like movies from the 70's, 80's and 90's.
I'd recommend both Misery and Carrie, and definitely the original. I admittedly haven't seen the remake yet so I can't say for sure but I just don't see it being anywhere near as great as the original. Stephen King has even said the movie was much better than his book, and I loved the book too.
I got scared, too, but I think IT scared me a lot more. I wouldn't even shower without my mom in the nearby room after that, cause of the shower scene. Every Stephen King movie I've seen has been amazing, honestly. Have you already seen Carrie or Misery?
Yes! The Sixth Sense is the first horror film I watched, I was way too young for it also but I've seen it probably like 10 times by now. It definitely seems like it'd be written by Stephen King, I thought it was for the longest time. I watched all his films before reading them cause I was too young for the books at the time and I could just tell if something was Stephen King before even being told. The only exception has been Stand By Me which is by far one of my favorite movies. I had no idea it was based on a Stephen King story after watching it.
