Hmm I think you posted a blog maybe? Go to the villager trading plaza and under the yellow announcement thing click on the +post new thread button above all the threads

Then there should be a big brown button that says +post new thread, then you click it and it brings you to where you make the thread (it's under the big yellow announcement thing)
You go to where you want to put it, im guessing you want to make one in the villager trading plaza right?
