I think she did, because she's redoing the hack only for her video, saying she already did it before shooting it, and that she hacked before the 3DS update

So I think you understood it right, she used OOT and Homebrew only, basically what she did is she downloaded the files she showed in the video and put them in her 3DS SD card
after that she used the powersave and put OOT in there and did some very complicated things lol
then she opens OOT (after having played the game before the hacks) and homebrew launcher appears
at that point she says it's the same as before and links us to her old hacking video
the thing is that she shot the video before the ACNL update was released, so I'm not sure if it works with it? from what I read on tumblr hacking the game with the update was not possible but I really don't know much about it
