No problem! Layering is like the different layers, such as background layer, layer 1, layer 2, etc. I can't really explain layering so you should look it up lol

The white reflections on her mask look too blurry/smudgy, so I recommend making it sharper. Also you should remove the reflection placed between the eyes, the focus of the drawing is the girl, not the white blur. Try toning down the white, because black and white are contrasting colors, making the white pop out.
If you really want to practice drawing, I'd recommend using a program on the computer, because layering is important in drawing.
I think you did pretty good for using your phone though. Sorry if this didnt help lol

Sure I can critique it~ For the hair I recommend just using a solid color to shape the hair first and then to give the texture of hair, draw lines over it using lighter + darker colors like you did. Draw the lines over the solid color, so it looks like she has volume in her hair. Also, the blurriness on the side of the head is distracting, so I'd recommend fixing it up to make it even to the rest of the mask. Since it's a close up of her face, you want to make the edges around her sharp/ nonblurry. The farther away an object is, the more softer the edges should be.

I would, but not too much, but i'm quite cheap. maybe 20-40tbt, then as you feel you improve you could start increasing? x
