I think the reason why it didn't get that much attention might be because yeah, you didn't have any mayor/ac stuff that you wanted other than genji. I'm pretty sure if you wanted villagers and mayors there'd be more people who are more willing to draw for you, since this is an ac forum...?
I'd say there are only like 15~20ish artists who frequently lurk the thread, and idk about you but that's a really small number imo?? I don't see a great variety of things that they like drawing either (usually chibis/mayors n **** haha me) so that's probably why nobody's drawing for you. I wanted to draw makoto but I've just accepted some RL cash commissions and those take priority :c
