I could not agree with you more. Holymoly. I can only imagine what you'd experience dealing with customers face-to-face. Good luck with the holiday sale, btw! I know it's going to be intense! Lol. TBH the job was really easy for me since english is my first language, others find it difficult tho because of the language barrier. I wouldn't say it's complicated, just frustrating when people think it's their money they're spending. I worked under credit cards, so technically - regardless if they make full payments to their credit card - they're still borrowing the banks money. Customers have a hard time understanding that. D:

I heard working retail can be a pain. D: I worked for customer service before for a really big bank out there in the U.S, phones (which is a really popular job here, since you know, huuuuge companies like to outsource). It pays really well compared to other jobs, but it's looked down upon when you have that sort of job title (which is one of the things really don't get about the filipino mentality). Aaaannnnyywaaaay, never will I ever do customer service again. Extremely toxic. (x_x)
