    I made my post in a rush and I forgot to add one detail. I would like the IVs perfect in all stats except for Attack and be able to teach it Hidden Power Water. Right now, my pokemon's hidden power is Dark and it won't help much. If I am not mistaken, HP Dark only happens if all IVs are perfect, right? If that is the case, my request seems odd to ask for lower IVs doesn't it? lol
