bc someone up there in the "staff" dislikes the idea of tcgo trades and doesn't want it for personal reasons or lack of informations - and then digs a bit in that scope to find an unreasonable explanation to why it's not allowed or just points to the rules ...

making this a thing of the past doesn't make this any better and just brings your staff into a situation where you lock yourself out of innovation and social growth, thanks to personal, unreasonable, and narrowminded stuff.

but I see that my words are just hitting against a wall of rules - and that's totally fine.
my last reason to be on tbt - being taken - I wish you guys a good time on tbt and hope that you're gonna get back into the curve with these little things that mean to the people that used to spend hours on this site!

that you guys do not allow us to trade "download codes of games and other digital content" is just nonsense and a shield for you that covers so many aspects, so you have that scope to say something like that.

after all - Gamestop requires you to go visit that store so you eventually purchase something there and then pick up your event pokemon.
how is allowing to trade such a thing any worse or better than not allowing us to trade free digital goodies on this site?
I could accuse tbt of stealing Gamestop Customers too, as you try to tell me that TCGO Codes are something that has a real value, when they clearly say "not to be sold".

fact is, if you purchase something or go pick it up yourself on Gamestop events, it's considered yours and you are free to do with it, whatever you want.
especially if it's being added as a free side piece to your actual purchase, that you can't make use of and decide to offer it on tbt, smogon, or wherever else.

I do really feel targeted by this and it makes me feel uncomfortable even being on tbt in such situations.
I enjoy being here for trading and selling such ingame items or goodies (especially nintendo stuff)
It's what makes tbt special, compared to many other forums/sites.

And I can totally understand if you guys dislike advertising of discord servers in wrong threads, or selling games that have a value, or accounts that have money invested in, or violating tbt-event or general forum rules ...
but taking this aspect from tbt - when there is/was no warning coming from nintendo or whoever is responsible for the distribution of those things - that's really lame and making this all uninteresting and feeling targeted at Members :/

So then make collectibles be untradable & unsellable.
Because I pay my internet connection and with it comes all the entertainment as a Bonus, therefor TBT Collectibles are paid with real money.
Also I bought Pokemon USUM, which costed money and as a BONUS I got the Game with all its data.
So please ban selling Pokemon on TBT too, bc it was purchased with real money!

It feels pretty aimed at Members sometimes.

A Bonus is a Freebie and not of value.

The Codes are additional Bonuses for buying TCG Cards and don't have any real life currency value.
Since Bell Tree Bells are not having a real life value either, the exchange and sale should be allowed.
