I almost always get people going off on me for picking someone else (even without changing my mind) when I'm giving villahers away for free, especially in my cycling thread. Goodness. I'm so used to this but it's still so bluh. Reminds me why I quit cycling.

The problem is there is no real incentive that you can give people other than telling them they'll get banned, which doesn't push them enough.
