aye, if I have a family member born in a specific month/day, I'll buy that birthstone directly from the shop at that date. I'm too patient tbh
I generally never buy used birthstones, since you can only exchange them once. That way if I buy it directly from the shop, I can possibly make a little off it, or gift it, eventually.
