    you're 11-12 and you have plenty of time to develop into a beautiful teenager c: and it's normal to feel that way, my brother jason feels like our parents hate him all the time @ V @
    when my parents were divorcing, i was around 10-11 and i always felt they were doing this to be mean to my brothers and i,, and i thought they hated me because they couldnt stay together... and my mom technically kidnapped me around that age too, it was so bad omg

    I've struggled with that too. You're not alone! Having specific times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner usually helps. It's difficult to stick to a set schedule, but there will be less over-eating in the long run. ^^
    Yep! There's absolutely no need for you to worry about weight. Enjoy food, love food, and let it love you. lol! What's really important is your health.

    I know that feel! My strategy is to keep the candy somewhere that's annoying to get to, like a high shelf in the kitchen. :D
    Oh, I have good news for you! Your ideal weight is 72 - 88 lbs. You're about average actually, because even if you are 99.5, a regular everyday person is usually 10 pounds over/under their ideal weight. All you need to do is change a few things to lose that extra bit! You're good! <3

    Yeah, it'll be hard to stop snacking. You can do it though! Just taking candy out of your diet will shed pounds on its own.
    How tall are you? I can check what your ideal weight should be with a BMI chart. I know the horrors of starving yourself because I did that in college... Ate only a can of soup a day, with a bottle of soda. My weight plummetted, I fainted on my way to class, and two people came in with a stretcher to bring me to a hospital. I care about you and I don't want you to end up like that. Food is so important.

    If all you have is fast food and ramen, I suggest you only eat when you're hungry. Late night snacking brings in a lot of weight gain, so don't eat right before bed or after 8 pm. That's what I do right now and my weight has been ideal for a long time.
    No, please don't be afraid to eat! That line of thinking could be the beginning of a very serious eating disorder. ;; Your body needs around 1,500 calories a day, or more depending on your height, to function normally. Your friend has a good metabolism and she's lucky, but please don't starve yourself trying to look like the other girls in school. I'm sure you are at a healthy weight right now and look wonderful!
    lol same! Oh, and if you don't mind me bringing it up, I read your post on the What's Bothering You thread. I just wanted to tell you that things will look up. Nothing is ever as bad as it seems to be. ouo
