Yeah I know, the codes are programmed to meet the game's code itself but you get those times where something goes wrong, be it a human mistake or the program's mistake. XD

No, that it will screw up my game. I had it happen before with my copy of Pokemon Y. I was traded a powersaved Pokemon and it ruined my save file.
