Ahh, I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope things start to look better on the family front for you. I've been alright. A bit frustrated with lost hours at work, but otherwise feeling pretty good. Started exercising about a month ago and it's been doing wonders for how energized I feel during the day and keeping a positive outlook. I'd definitely recommend it if you can find time in your day for it. Even just dancing or something--whatever works for you!
