Walking is definitely a good thing! I use my dog as an excuse to do that more, too. (Though I can't walk as fast as I'd like since he has to stop and sniff everything. XD) And that's cool that you're getting back into AA! I'd be happy to discuss it again anytime. : ) I've been playing a lot of Splatoon, myself. Hahaha.
Ahh, I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope things start to look better on the family front for you. I've been alright. A bit frustrated with lost hours at work, but otherwise feeling pretty good. Started exercising about a month ago and it's been doing wonders for how energized I feel during the day and keeping a positive outlook. I'd definitely recommend it if you can find time in your day for it. Even just dancing or something--whatever works for you! Anyway, good to hear from you again and sending some good thoughts your way.
