Yeah, apparently, there's more customization at the start, if you have the DLC. I wouldn't know since I didn't get the DLC before I started my game (and I don't have the DLC right now anyway, but I think I will get it at some point).

I have a friend who's birthday is the day AFTER Christmas, so it's annoying as hell for her. People tend to have their gifts "double up," so to speak. So, it's not as bad for you. But, I feel like anyone who has a b-day in December goes through the same thing.

Yeah, for me, the downsides aren't deal breakers necessarily, but it depends on the person of course. It would be nice if the story was better for sure, but if the gameplay sucked as well, that would be a deal breaker for me.

Yep, no prob at all. Might as well have an idea of what you'd be getting into. You might not agree with some of the things I said, once you get it, but ya got my 2 cents on the matter.

I dunno if I'll get a Wii U, but we'll see what their line-up is in the future. Not looking to buy a new console anyway right now. Sucks it got stolen. What happened?

Haha, mine too! XD Apparently, there's a birthstone glitch, not sure if it'll be fixed in the future. But, if it's your first time buying it (as it's not in your inventory), you can change the number of stone in your cart. It's a one time thing, so you can't buy new ones after that or get them from other people to have multiples.

(part 2 of 3) - It's annoying that you have to drag bounties around. By accident, you can hit them, which can destroy them (which has happened to me, more than once). And with that, you can't dash while holding a bounty. Super bothersome.

The downsides below are multiplayer related:
- Can't save. I dunno who thought that was a bright idea... -____-
- If you have the DLC, you can't play with those who don't have it and vice versa.
- Can only have 2 people visiting at any one time.
- Can't rent mounts. Not a huge issue since you can teleport to your friend's location, but it is an inconvenience. I do wonder if it applies if you own a horse. I can't say for sure since I don't have one yet. Can update you on that.
- With bounties, only three can be on the ground at any time. Not per person, TOTAL. Gracelia and I noticed this when we played together one time and it SUCKED since I lost a really good one.. T.T

(part 1 of 3) Hm, I dunno if I have had eggnog. XP Probably have, but it's so rarely, I don't remember. I've never played Skyrim, but I've heard it's decent. For some reason, I was never compelled to buy it though. Oh dem controls. Can be a KILLER if you can't rearrange 'em.

As for downsides, here's what I've personally noticed:
- If you're not careful, it can get tedious to collect items for crafting or fighting creatures, so definitely space it out so you're not feeling overwhelmed.
- Storyline isn't all that great. But luckily the rest of the game makes up for it.
- LOTS of text to read. Mainly since the game isn't voiced. Now that I think about it, your character never says anything. XD
- Can't save at any time. Have to save at specific save points. Not a huge issue. I just prefer saving whenever. BUT, it's still better than the DAMNED checkpoint save system... -____-

Yeah bokeh is just stunning when used well (hint- you use it extraordinarily well ) stain glass textures can also be really pretty but it's so hard to find ones that are just right.

It's like I've said elsewhere, if you like action RPGs and slice of life games, I think you'll like it. Keep in mind that if you get it, if you get the DLC, you can't do multiplayer with those who don't. D:

I like the game for the most part, but there are some things that I don't like, which I can go into a lil more detail if you'd like. Lucky you, btw for getting a blue candy from the shop. Luck wasn't on my side... oh well. I have to dream another day to get 10 blue candies~

I usually just wait until friends who have better internet have gotten movies/shows, then I just borrow it from them, sucks when they don't have the same interests though XD

Ohh~ sounds interesting :3 I'd love Australian television to show more foreign shows/movies but there's only one 'foreign' channel. I remember watching things like Deathnote and Les Intouchables on it and just thinking "damn, more people should be exposed to this"

Pumpkin's okay, it's not like with herb or meat flavours though it's reallllyyy subtle. I can definitely watch gore but I don't choose movies specifically for their gore-contents. My favorite tv show is when they cry, and that has quite a bit of gore and implied gore.

I think it's cheese and spinach~ But there's also pumpkin ravioli in the fridge so I'm torn. If it turns out we aren't making our own dinners tonight then I have no idea what we're having. XD I'm not very good with gore, but way better than my friend who can't even watch animated gore XD
