    I actually first started getting into otoges with iPhone apps! There's a company called Voltage Inc that releases a bunch of otome games, although you do have to pay for the stories and stuff :p That's one of my guilty pleasures tbh hehe

    Used a lens flare, darkened the sides with the burn tool, sharpened it, took a pink soft brush and brushed over her pink eye to make it pop out more. That's all I did.

    Contrast is too low. That's why it's bright.

    Use different splatters. Those ones used aren't great.
