It sort of depends on what you want to do with the pokémon. If you want to do the battle maison like me you'd probably prefer frisk as it tells you the opponents held item and helps you know what moves the opponent has (there are only 4 variations of each pokémon in the maison) However if you want to battle other humans you would most likely want infiltrator as it allows you to hit through an opponents substitute with any move!
TL;DR: Frisk if you want to do the battle maison, Infiltrator if you want to battle other humans
