hey! I've never tried one yet... I follow a lot of food blogs & like to see new trends with baking & cooking so I found it on a blog.
it looks really cool, but it basically has no flavor since it's just water & agar, its served with some sort of sweet syrup & sometimes brown sugar or roasted soybean flour.
the top middle one is cute though ngl
