lol you should make it! you do all the food polls. I've ate at a bunch of BBQ restaurants in Texas (including Franklin BBQ) & Memphis and you're right about Texas brisket, Franklin has the best brisket, but for ribs Memphis is so much better. I've only had Carolina style BBQ here in California so I can't really judge it
there should be a poll on which style of BBQ is the best! I think Memphis style is the best! what about you?

I believe it's not until it hatches but I'm not positive. I would go ahead and breed your starters and stuff so you can sell or exalt them for some money, and save any better gened dergs for the color wheel expansion.
